The Turkish advauco guards at Chataldeja followed tho Bulgarians for tifteen miles. The Turks are living in holes roofed with canvas, and are feeding on soup and gruel. There is little disease among the Turkish troops. SANCTUARY FOR EUROPEANS OFFER BY GOVERNOR OF ADRIANOPLE. (Received February 21, 10.25 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, February 21. The Governor of Adrianoplo offers the Karagatch quarter, to the right of the Maritza river, as a sanctuary for Europeans. . ~ , It is doubtful whether the Bulgarians will assent to this offer. GREEK TRANSPORTS THIRTY-FIVE DELAYED BY GALE. (Received February 21, 10.25 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, February 21. A gale delayed thirty-five Greek transports at Mitylene intending to Land troops at Besika Bay. Twelve thousand Turks have reached a town on tho couth of tho Dardanelles strait*. Tho battleships Kheynenddm, Barfa arovsa, and Medjidieh, and several Turkish destroyers are reconnoitring in the Aegean Sea. AUSTRIA AND RUSSIA DIFFICULTIES DISCUSSED BY AM- , BASSADORS’ CONFERENCE. LONDON, February 20. Tho Ambassadors’ Conference, is discussing the Austro-Russian difficulties. Austria is disappointed at the slow progress being made. Unconfirmed reports state that Bonmania is concentrating troops on islands ot the Danube, near Silistria.
