Press Association. DUNEDIN, February 21. Alfred William Austin was brought up at the Supreme Court for sentence’ on a charge of breaking and entering at Oamaru, and stealing jewellery, He was admitted to probation for twelve months, conditionally on his abstaining from drink and taking out a prohibition order. It was stated that he had a wife and eleven children to support. lu divorce, a decree nisi was granted on a husband’s petition on the ground of his wife’s insanity.
