OBITUARY
SIR - WILLIAM ARROL. LONDON, February 20. Sir William Arrol, LL.D., F.R.8.E., D.L., is dead. Sir William Arrol, head of the firm of William Arrol and Company, engineers, was bom in 1839. He constructed the Tay and Forth Bridges. Prom 1895 to 190 G he was Unionist M.P. for South Ayrshire. REV. TREMAYNE DUNSTAN. SYDNEY; February 21. Advices have been received of the death at Seattle of the Rev. Tremayne Dunstan, formerly minister of Pitt street Congregational Church.
