THE DISPUTED WILL CASE. LONDON, February 19. The bearing was continued in the Probate Court of the case Hayden Erskine Starke, an application for the revocation of the codrcal of the will of Miss Maria Mattingley, of Kensington, bequeathing £2600 to Dr Frederick Bryan, an Australian, and Miss Mattingley’a grand nephew; also £7500 to Mrs Starve, a passenger by the ill-fated steamer Waratah. It was stated that Dr Bryan bad found Mira Mattingley neglected, and suffering from cancer. He cleared out the servants, and arranged for the house to he. cleaned. The bequest to him was duo to Miss Mattingley’s gratitode.
