Press Association. AUCKLAND, February 90. At tbe Supreme Court Peter Frederick Hansen was charged with attempted criminal offences on a fourtccn-year-old girl at Hnkemnni. Mr Justice Edwards commented on the evidence, and said it was only right to the prisoner to say that the girTs evidence was so unreliable that, it made it probable he had never at any time misbehaved himself. He suggested a fqrmal verdict of not guilty, which the jury agreed upon without leaving the bos.
