A WILL DISPUTED
REVOCATION OP CODICIL APPLIED FOB, LONDON, February 18. In tho Probate Court, Hayden Erskine Stark© applied for the revocation of tho codicil of the will of Miss Maria Matiingley, of Kensington, bequeathing £7500 to Dr. Frederick Bryan, an Australian, and Miss Mattingtoy’s grand nephew; also £7600 to Mrs Starke, a passenger by the illfated steamer Waratah. Plaintiff alleges that Bryan unduly influenced the testatrix, who was weak-minded and whoso relations reside chiefly in Australia. She died tho day tho Waratah was supposed to have foundered. A secondary question is whether the codicil was executed on the day the Waratah founder©d. The codicil also toft tho residue of £IO,OOO equally between Bryan and Starke, a condition being that if either predeceased Miss Matiingley the whole of the residue was to go to the survivor.
