MOERAKI IN A GALE
Press Association. DUNEDIN, February 19. The Moeraki, which arrived at tho Bluff on Monday last from Hobart, experienced gales and high seas, with thick weather, all the way. The vessel, however, rode through well, and was hot even hove-tq. Tho passengers thought on two occasions that the bunkers wero on fire, but it is officially' explained that this was due to taking in coal in wet weatiier, tho coal becoming heated and giving off steam.
