ANTI-TRUST LAW
COMPANY’S OFFICIALS SENTENCED FOR BREACH. (Received February 18, 9.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 18. Nineteen officials of the National Cash Register Company have been sentenced for short periods of imprisonment for a breach of the anti-trust law. The president, Patterson, was sentenced for a year. The judge attacked the defendants’ methods vigorously. He said that millions of dollars could be made legitimately, but such was not sufficient for the officials of the company.
