Albert Knight, the National Vigilance Association denies the story of Knight’s white slave efforts. He had merely answered the association’s formal questions and there had been no necessity for him to visit suspicious houses. NO INSTRUCTIONS TO ARREST KNIGHT. (Received February 19, 0.5 a.m.) CAPETOWN, February 18. The Port Lincoln is expected to arrive to-day. The police state that they have not been instructed to arrest Knight.
