AN INDIAN CIRCULAR. DELHI, February 14. A storm has been raised in the Roman Catholic community throughout India over a circular prohibiting tho use of the word “ Catholic ” in documents as synonymous with “ Roman Catholic,” because the latter’s claim to universal catholicity is disputed by the other churches.
