BANDIT CAPTURED
CLUBBED TO INSENSIBILITY BY ' POLICE. (Received February 16, 6.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 16. The. police at Chicago, through information . supplied by a telephone employee, who overheard a' conversation, surrounded Robert Webb, an automobile bandit, wanted on charges of bank robberies and murder.^ They clubbed him into insensibility and then captured him.
