The collier Rakanoa is due at Newcastle about February 21st from New Britain. She loads a cargo of coal at the New South Wales port for Auckland. The collier Pukaki, which is at present discharging a cargo of coal , from West-->ort at Aoie iSamoa','is to leave there about Wednesday next for Auckland. Captain W, Bettis, of the Northern Company’s Botomahana, has come ashore on holiday leave,, and Captain C. W. Camming, -late chief, officer of the Manaia, has succeeded him. ■ Mr B. F. Watson, late second officer of the Moeraki, ‘ joined the Waipori at Dunedin on Friday as chief officer, relieving Mr S. B. Webb, who went ashore for instructions.
