AERIAL NAVIGATION BILL
PASSED BY HOUSE OP LORDS. (Received February 14, 9.35 p.m.) LONDON, February 14. The House of Lords passed the Aerial Navigation Bill. The’ Bill prohibits the passage of aircraft. in certain areas, or, if necessary, over the whole coastline adjacent to territorial waters. It empowers the authorities, after giving warning by signal, to fire upon offenders. The Bill is the outcome of the recent reported appearance of mysterious airships.
