PRINCIPLES OP A BILL AGREED TO. (Received February 14, 9.35 p.m.) LONDON, February 14. A conference of Eiberal members of the’House of Commons, Sir John Simon presiding, agreed to the principles of a Woman’s Suffrage Bill for presentation at the next session of Parliament, and recommended that the vote be restricted to women over the age of twenty-five who are occupiers or wives.
