At a.meeting of farmers this morning it was decided to circulate an undertaking not to thresh grain unless the millowners revert to tho system of charging at per bushel for tho work, provided a reasonable say 10t), sign the undertaking. Tho Mil!ownars’ Union had decided to change from the contract to the hour system, on the casting vote of tho ( chairman, to which proposal the farmers are strongly adverse. ’
