MR REDMOND PRAISES ULSTERMEN. LONDON, February 11. Mr John Redmond, leader of the Nationalist party, speaking at Waterford, said he was willing to place Ulstermen in the forefront of a future Irish Government, knowing that they are the salt of the Irish nation. “ FOLLY, SPITE, AND VENOM IN DEFEAT.” , (Received February 13, 0.35 a.m.) LONDON, February 12. Air Churchill, speaking at a luncheon given by the Nationalists in London, said that when the history of the Home Rule campaign was written, Mr Bonar Law would represent folly, spite, and venom in defeat, and Mr Redmond -would represent statecraft, generosity, and goodwill.
