Tho following teams will represent Thorndon in an inter-club game against Victoria thus afternoon, the match taking place on the latter club’s green: Medland, Newton, Hatch, Parata (s ; Arden, Sheart, F. Johnson, Gray (s); Stevenson, Hale, Free-fch, Dimock (s). PENNANT COMPETITION. The last round of the Pennant Competition will take place on Saturday. In Section A the matches will be Newtown v. Keibumo; Wellington v. Hurt, Karori v. Thorndon. In this section, Newtown, with four wins, is leading Kelbume by a point. In Section B the matches will be Victoria v. Petone, Hataitai v. To Hiwi. In this section Victoria leads with three wins. Should Petone beat Victoria, and To Hiwi defeat Hataitai these three clubs will tic. If not Newtown and Victoria will play off tho final on the following Saturday'. At present tho positions are as follows: Section A; Newtown, 4 wins, 0 losses; Wellington, 2,2; Hurt, 2,2; Kelbume, 3,1; Karori, 1,3; Thorndon, 0, 4. Section B: Victoria, 3,0; Petone, 2, 1; Te Hiwi, 2,1; Hataitai, 1,2; Johnsonville, 0,3. Hataitai will play Wellington (holders) for the Edwin Feathers on Saturday. VICTORIA CLUB. Tho following will represent Victoria in the senior pennant games on Saturday against Petone: At home —Hunt, Witt, Vosseler, Huestou (s); Kitto, Hatch, Hemingway, Mayer (s). Away—Martin. Varooe, Fossotte, Snaddon. (e); Townsley, Maclannin, Ingram, Norwood (s). Three teams will play a friendly match against Thorndon on Wednesday next on tho Victoria green, as follows: Kitto, Castle, Townsend, Snaddon (s); Madeley, G. Tattle, Martin, Hemingway (s); Tucker, Armit, Varcoe, Fessette (s).
