A DREDGE SINKS
Press Association. DUNEDIN. February 11. The Eamsoleugh No. 8 dredge, situated near Alexandra, sank at about 3 n.m. on Monday' in about 40ft of water. Iho pontoons had been undergoing repairs for some time, and it is supposed that the mishap w«s caused by a leak. The dredge, which was constructed lomo eight years ago, cost £23,000.
