THE ROBBERY OF A BANK MES« HfiNOER. PARIS, February 9. At the motor bandit trials, in connection with tho robbery of £2200 from a bank messenger in tho Rue Dauphine, tho Paris Bank messenger, named Caby, identified the man Dieudonne as his assailant. The latter asserted his innocence. Judicial proceedings have been instituted against the journal “L’Anarchie” for threatening the jury. It was reported on February Sth that the President of the Court which is hearing the charges against the twenty motor bandits examined Dieudonne, who was accused of an attack on a bank messenger on December 21st, 1911. He pleaded an alibi. The president rejoined that a man named Blanchet was assassinated for stating that he could prove the alibi was false, and an assassin named Bill was still unarrested. Dieudonne replied that Blanchet and Bill loved tho same -irk Tho president said the girl denied this, and Dieudonne was silent.
