ATTACKS ON AMERICAN LEGATION. DEMAND FOR PUNISHMENT Ob' OFFENDERS. (Received February 9, 6.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 9. The American Minister at Cuba has presented a peremptory demand to the Cuban Government insisted on the punishment of the persons responsible for recent attacks on the American Legation by a newspaper in Cuba.
