PAPER PROTESTS AGAINST COMMISSION. LONDON, February 6. The “Allahabad Pioneer” protests at tho proceedings of the Public Services Commission. If the Commission continues its investigations off the present lines, says the “Pioneer,’ it will create bitterness and ill-feeling, which will take years to eradicate. Except the Hon. Gopal Krishna Gokhale, there is hardly a member who seems to have an idea what tho commission is' after.
