CONSIDERATION OF ESTIMATES. (Received February 7, 10.46 p.m.) BERLIN, February 7. The Budget Committee of the Reichstag considered the naval estimates amounting to £23,370,000 sterling. Admiral Von Tirpitz, Minister of Marine, deprecated dragging England into the debate on the estimates.
