BBAOONSFIBLD RANGES SWEPT. (Received February 7, 10.10 p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 7. A bush fire devastated the village and settlement of Monbulk, and destroyed fifteen houses as well as the Mechanics Institute and State school, and damaged others. i Beacons field Ranges have been swept '*nd several adjacent farmers suffered. Fires elsewhere include VVillowjpjovc, Foster, Walhalla, and Maffra.
