DECLARED INSANE
WRITER OF THREATENING LETTERS. LONDON, February 6. Percy Collins, who was arrested at Horham, in Suffolk, for sending threatening letters to tho King, and also for threatening Miss Liilah McCarthy, the actress, and demanding from her £IOOO, has been found guilty, and declared insane.
