CO-OPERATIVE CEMENT WORKS
UNIONIST PROJECT IN AUSTRALIA. (Received February 6, 9.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 6. Tho unionists at Portland are considering a project to establish co-opera-tive cement works and to raise a capital of £200,000, levying threepence per week on the unionists of New South Wales and the other States.
