GREATER J. D. WILLIAMS
J. D. WILLIAMS TAKES ACTION, AND RETURNS TO DUTIES.
(Received February 5, 10.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 5. Mr J. D. Williams has commenced a suit in equity to restrain the directors of the Greater J. D. Williams Amusements Company from interefering in the exercise by Williams of hia rights and duties as managing director. _ The court granted an interim injunction against the directors, and Williams this afternoon returned to his duties as managing director.
