FATAL STREET SQUABBLE
A CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. (Received February 3, 9.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 3. Thomas James Dibley, aged eighteen, a dealer and a professional .boxer, is dead. His skull was fractured and his brain lacerated in a street squabble on January 24th. James Maher, aged nineteen, a labourer, has been charged with tho manslaughter of Dihley.
