A £60,000 FINE
OFFENCES UNDER EXCISE LAW. (Received February 3, 11.35 p.m.) PARIS, February 3. A wholesale spirit merchant, formerly Mayor of Hontomoreau, was fined sixty thousand pounds sterling for offences tinder the excise law.
