The Turkish delegates have been ordered to remain in London until tlio resumption of hostilities. Similarly the troops have been ordered not to firo until tho Bulgarian* take tho offensive. SOFIA, February 3. During the armistice the, Bulgarians and Servians have sown winter wheat southwards in tho Balkans. Tho adults will bo able to continue the war, inasmuch as tho women, children, and elderly people will suffice to gamer th* harvest.
