BUDHU’S TESTIMONY,

(Received February 2, 5.5 p.m.) AGRA, February 2.

At the trial of Clark and Mrs Fulham and certain natives, for the murder of Mrs Clark, Budhu, the native who has been pardoned in order that ho may give evidence against the other accused, testified that he and the others of the gang, on the evening of the murder, discussed the plan of the murder with Clark and Mrs Fulham.

He repeated his previous narrative of the crime.
