ARMISTICE TERMINATED
STIPULATIONS IN THE PORTE’S REPLY. NOT ACCEPTABLE TO THE ALLIES CONSTANTINOPLE, January 30. Tho Allies terminated tho armistice from 7 o’clock this evening. LONDON, January 30. Tho Porto’s reply has been presented. It stipulates the retention of areas of shrines in Adrianoplo and Turkish sovereignty over Aegean Islands in proximity to tho coast. M. Daneff says the Turkish proposals are not acceptable. Adrianoplo and Aegean Islands- must be ceded. PORTE’S REPLY DELAYED. VERBAL MODIFICATIONS NECESSARY. LONDON, January 30. A Reuter message states that when tho bearer of the Porte’s reply reached the Austrian Embassy he was overtaken by a messenger who told him to delay presentation of it because verbal modifications were necessary owing to the rupture of the London negotiations. The reply was presented afterwards. It consents to tho dismantling of the fortresses at Adrianoplo, and asks tho Powers to decide tho disposal of tho territory on the right bank of tho Marika river and settle the form of administration of the Aegean Islands.
