HUNDREDS OF POSTAL PACKAGES D Ail AGED.
(Received January 30, 10.20 pan.) LONDON, January 30. Two hundred packets have been damaged in Vere street post office. A packet addressed to Mr Lloyd George burst into flames when exposed to the air. Pillar-box outrages have been perpetrated in many districts. A suffragette has been arrested breaking the Colonial Office window. Four letter-boxes in York contained letters to Mr Asquith in which there were glass tubes of liquid, which ignited on exposure to the air.
