PROBATE OF WILLS
On the motion of tho solicitor to tho Public Trust Office the Supremo Court has granted the Public Trustee probato of the wills of the undermentioned dc•oeased persons: Frank Edwin Holder, late of Bristol, England, gentleman; Ruth E. Collins, late of Palmerston North, widow; Justino R. Delievre, late of Akaroa, widow; Margaret AVard, lato of Toiro, widow; Elizabeth Sorgel, lato of Christchurch, widow; Augusta Hooper, late of Christchurch, married woman; John H. Pasco, late of Queenstown, bootmaker.
The court consented to the appointment of the Public Trustee by the executors named in tho wills of the following and granted probato accordingly: Jeremiah Houchen, of Wellington, letter carrier; John Lamond, late ol Wrights Bush, farmer; Cecilia Craig, lato of Sumner, matron.
Administration has been obtained in respect of the estates of tho following deceased persons: John Thomas Hopkins late of Berhampore, Wellington, public health officer; Charles Anderson, late of Northland, leadlight artist; Arthur Henry Beatson, late of Waerengaahika, farmer, with will annexed; William Foster, late of Ellesmere, farmer; Andrew T. McKnight, late of Tokomaru Bay, settler, with will annexed; Charles Davis or Davies, late of AVaimangaroa, fanner; John Deuchars, late of Reward Bush, farmer; Donald Sutherland, late of Calcium, cooper; William E. Kinsman, lato of Clinton, engiuedrivor; Charles Boyle, lato of Waiau, shepherd; Mary Ann Galder, late of Nelson, spinster; R. 0. L. Reay, late of Wairoa, surveyor; Harold H. Porrott, lato of Tai Tapu, apiarist; Albert' Salter, lato of Styx, farmer; W. B. Tosswill, late of Manaroa, settler.
