It states that tho absence of fresh proposals and tho recent events at Constantinople make Turkey’s silence significant. Tho delegates, therefore, place on record tho rupture of negotiations. Tho Note does not mention the termination of the armistice. Tho Allies thank King Georg© and tho Government for their hospitality.
