BRIEF DELAY IN FINAL RUP-. TURK. POWERS BRING FRESH PRESSURE ON TURKEY. LONDON, January 27. Tho Balkan delegates have agreed to a brief delay in the final rupture of negotiations at the Powers’ instance, so as to allow the Powers to bring fresh united pressure on Turkey. Though the peace negotiations are suspended, the armistice continues. The delegates will remain here for a few days awaiting Turkey’s reply.
