CLUB-SWINGING

Press Association, WAIROA, January 21. Captain Bax, who started at 9 o’clock on Monday night to break the world’s record for endurance in club swinging put up by Lawson, of Australia, of 113 J hours, is still going strong. Ho exhibited no signs of distress at 9 o’clock this morning, and had swung the clubs for 84 hours. Captain Bax appears likely' to perform the task.
