(REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.) London, December 20. Arrived : Loch Dee. Oalcdtta, December 22. General Gough continued to advance yesterday, but the Ghilzaie harassing his troops, he attacked and defeated them, driving them from the heights. General Bright reports a general advance of reinforcements. He will reach Gaudamafc shortly, and will then co-operate with General Gough. PAMS, December 21. The Ministry have resigned. M. Freyoinet is forming a new Ministry. Sydney, Tuesday. Tho Executive Council will consider the bushrangers’ case to-day. Arrived ; City of Sydney.

London, December 21. The impression is increasing that Parliament will be dissolved in the spring. The Italian Embassy is pressing for an extension of the time for sending in exhibits to the Melbourne Exhibition. It is intended to despatch the exhibits to Melbourne by a man-of-war, and 1000 exhibitors are expected to send goods. The Dutch have voted £l/00 towards the Exhibition, but Belgium is backward in taking action in the matter.
