MEETINGS OF CREDITORS.
A meeting of creditors of A. P. Fielding, fruiterer, Masterton, was held at the Supreme Court yesterday, Mr. H. C. Cato in the chair. Hr. W. W. McArdlc was appointed trustee. Liabilities are set down at £lO6 9a. 7d., and assets £63 2a. 2d. A meeting of creditors of Kibblewhite Brothers, coachbu'lders, Masterton, was also held yesterday afternoon. The trustee, Mr. Wylie, reported that the meetinghadbeen called to bring forward an offer for and to submit a balance-sheet of the estate, and also an application by the debtors for their discharge. The balance-sheet showed' that the liabilities amounted to £SOO 12s. 9d., and assets £7ll Is. 7i, leaving d •‘mienoy of £59 11s. 2d. An offer by 1 ‘ixon of £3OO (£IOO cash, £looatti-- 'H and £IOO at sis months), for the plant, tools, lease of premises, ic., was then considered at some length, and was ultimately accepted. The question of discharge was then brought on, and was agreed to.
