STEVENS & GORTON have received instructions from Mr. A. Dalziell to sell by public auction, on the above date— The CHELTENHAM HOTEL and FREEHOLD LAND, comprising 3 roods 34 perches, being sections Nos. 1,2, 5, and 10, Block I. on the plan of the township of Cheltenham. The Hotel, which is very substantially built and quite new, contains 3 large sitting-rooms, dining-room, bar, and 7 large bedrooms. There are also a 6-stalled stable, good orchard well stocked with about 100 choice fruit trees, and a good kitchen garden. The township of Cheltenham is situated at the junctioa of four of tho most important roads in the Manawatu county, eight and a half miles from Feilding. This Hotel must command a good trade, being the only one in the township, and none other nearer than Feilding, and is therefore very necessary for the accommodation of the public. Mr. Dalziell’s only reason for selling is owing to the severe illness of the manager, who has been compelled to leave. Terms : One-third cash ; balance by bills extending over a period of two years.
