(UEUTEJVS TELEGRAMS.) Melbourne, Wednesday. Arrived ; Rotomahana. A caucus of Liberals have promised their support to the Government to prevent obstructiveuess, to prohibit speaking, though allowed to vote. It was resolved to close the session at the earliest possible date. The third reading of the Reform Bill is ordered for the 4th of December, when the House will be called together.
