Cross.—ln this case, plaintiff, a photographer, sued Victor Crosse, dentist, for £3 10s., rent of premises in Manners-street. Mr. Hutchison appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. Ollivier for defendant. Em the defence it was contended that defendant was ejected from the premises before the expiration of his agreement, and for this there was a cross-action for damages to the amount of £2O. It was agreed to hear both actions as one, and after the evidence of the principals had been heard, the case was remanded.
