Sutherland and Co. to offer for sale by public auction, at Napier, on the 28th August next— Part of their leasehold run, on the Lower Mohaka River, consisting of about 8000 acres rich agricultural and pastoral land; rent, £SO per annum, with 15 years’ lease to fun. 3000 sheep, merinos, chiefly ewes. This block of land, though chiefly under fern, has at present grass enough to carry 5000 sheep, and the whole land will take grass readily by surface sowing. It has good natural boundaries, except on one side, where three miles fencing are requisite. There are several clumps of useful bush on this part of the property. A good dray road is in course of formation to the port of Mohaka ; from the steamers’ landing place the distance to the boundary of the property Is only six miles. Terms easy, will be made at sale.
