Auctions 5 per cent, on the purchase money, the rental being payable half-yearly in advance. The Goodwill of Lease (18 years to run) of the MATAKOA RUN, situate at Hicks’s Bay, East Coast, containing 3049 acres of first-class hilly and flat Land, together with about 2600 half-bred sheep 4 working bullocks 10 head of cattle and horses Also, 6 roomed Dwelling - house, wool-shed, sheep-yards, whaleboat, implements See., See., Sec., This property is situate on the coast, and has a good shipping place, where a boat can land in any weather. There are about 2000 acres of rich flat land, 300 acres being subdivided into 4 paddocks, securely fenced in with posts and wire, and 1500 acres fenced with bush fence. LOT 11. The Goodwill of Lease (11 years to run) of property situate about a mile from the town of Ormond, containing 1468 acres, all fenced in, with about — 1500 cross-bred sheep Also, Small wool-shed and sheep-yards The above property consists of hills and good flats.
