Satukdat, Decctbeb 2S. (Before Dr. Diver- J.P., and 0. O’Neill, Esq.,. J.r.) ALLEGED DOG-.TEALIKG. William Raine was charged with stealing a dog, the property of Felix Elenz. Mr. Gordon Allan appeared for the defence. From the evidence produced it appeared that the accused had taken the dog when under the influence of drink, and several witnesses gave him an excellent character. In consideration of this the Bench imposed a fine of £5 and costs. THREATENING LANGUAGE. Mary Ann Reid was remanded until Monday on a charge of using threatening language towards William Warrich. ALLEGED LUNACY. Henry J. Rush was remanded for medical examination.
