* Fridat, December 20. (Before his Honor the Chief Justice.) WEBBER V. WRIGHT AND OTHERS. In this case it was intimated to the Court that Mr. Bell, on behalf of Pearce and the representative of Carkeek, trustees in the estate, submitted to the judgment on plaintiff's demurrer. m. Mr. OHivier appeared on the oJsfttside. HENDERSON (TRUSTEES 01") V. EVANS AND OTHERS. In this case Mr. Hutchison had set down a motion asking the Court to make a decree against him, but to order that the costs of the cause should be taken out of the estate. Mr. Hutchison, however, failed to appear, and at the instance of Mr. Ollivier who appeared on the other side, the matter was ordered to stand over till the sitting in banco next after Christmas. The Court then adjourned.
