Since our sale of 25th May we consider property in Marton has increased quite 60 per cent. We were glad to notice many purchasers from a distance, and many of our townspeople held orders to buy for absent friends. Altogether the sale was an unqualified success, and proves that the demand for Marton sections is greater than the supply.
