CONSIGNEES are hereby notified that the above ship was entered at the Custom House yesterday, and will be berthed at the wharf and commence discharging as soon as possible. All cargo not passed for will be stored at their risk and expense. No claim will be acknowledged for goods not examined before, leaving the wharf. Bills of lading must be produced and freight paid to the undersigned. In consequence of above barque, on her recent voyage from Loudon, having made sacrifices and incurred expenses which will form a general average claim, it will be necessary for consignees, before obtaining delivery of, cargo, to pay a DEPOSIT of two and a-half per cent. (2A per cent.) on the value of their consignments, and to execute a bond to pay the correct sum, less the deposit, on adjustment of the average.
