DUNCAN has been honored ■ with instructions from J. J. Preeth, Esq., to sell by auction on an early day—--22 most valuable sections of land in the township of Featherston, being part of town acres No. 168 and 170 to 175, sub-divided into sections of 36 perches each, viz., Nos. 1 to 4, and 14 to 17, situated in Johnson, Broad, New, and Bell streets, having a frontage of B6ft. by a depth of 165 ft., 1,4, 14, and 17 being corner allotments. Sections 19 to 34 are situated in Harrison, Wakefield, and Broad streets, having a frontage of 66ft. by 165 ft. depth. Of these 20, 22, 26, 27, 31, and 33, are corner allotments.
