SUPREME COURT—IN BANKRUPTCY.

Tuesday, September 3. (Before His Honor Mr. Justice Richmond.) IN RE ALFRED COLSON. Mr. Gordon Allan made au application for bankrupt’s discharge, which was granted, there being no opposition. IN RE JOHN READ. Mr. EitzGerald applied for an order of discharge. The application was not opposed, and was granted accordingly. IN RE JOHN MCKENZIE. Mr. Hart applied for an order of discharge, and there being no opposition the application was granted accordingly. IN EE E. T. GILLON. In this case tho bankrupt appeared for examination, but there was no attendance on the part of the creditors, and nothing farther was done in the matter. At a future sitting an application for an order of discharge will, we understand, be made.
