(REUTER'S SPECIAL TO PRESS AGENCY J Sydney, August 14. The Easby arrived at Newcastle yesterday. The Herald's Loudon correspondent says the Secretary for the Colonies desires to avoid the reappointing of Sir Hercules Robinson as Governor of New South Wales, but has extended his term, to gain time to appoint a successor.
